Wild enough for Jay Randall of Agoraphobic Nosebleed to put out thru his web label I downloaded Exmilitary from Grindcore Karaoke a couple of months after it's initial release and to my surprise what came blaring through my speakers after droney guitars and a sample of Charles Manson's voice wasn't the likes of contemporary web label mates Sex Prisoner or Jarhead Fertilizer it was Despise You or Insect Warfare halfway through a bottle of lean peaking on a few tabs of acid abrasive sludgy industrial rap with as much noise and feedback as a grindcore band in between songs during a live set all you can see is static and red lights you're head walking at a rave and when you come down you wanna talk to somebody or someone about what you experienced but you cant because nothing is the same after digesting what you just took
nothing has come close to matching the first Death Grips release
