This movie renewed my belief in DC universe and made me remember why I love it in the first place. A bold storyline to start with despair, toy with your beloved superheroes' ego, turn their strengths and characteristics on itself, make you feel for their loss and still come out with a hope at the end. I would definitely recommend this movie for all DC fans to watch. Don't expect it to cater to your funny bone, This ain't that kind of movie, bub. Shame this cannot be translated to Hollywood, but it's alright. DC animated universe is brilliant as it is. Hell yeah, it was a good ride.

Just so boring. Nothing of value happens in the movie. The characters are barely explored, most of the actors are criminally underutilised and the characters are basically just boiled down to bare skeleton of one-two defining traits. It doesn't tie into the MCU as I had hoped. 2.30hrs is far too long for not many things to... just kind of happen. The villain is simple & pathetic... Just like the storyline. I am a MCU fan and yet I was bored throughout the first half. Yeah, CGI fights are good but that alone cannot save this movie.
