Recently watched this epic. Nothing can justify the heroics exhibited by these great freedom fighters. It makes me dismal n heartbroken to see how the political goons and the government (the Gandhi's n Nehru's) of that era made a mockery of our history. These historical events have nowhere been signified in our text books. At the same time it makes me feels so disheartened to see our great fighters have given their lives and for what if their efforts are not recognized. The sad part is these fighters were labeled as traitors and had to live as refugees for the rest of their lives. Azad Hind Fauj remained as a forgotten army that has been superbly showcased by Kabir Khan. A great work done and an amazing mini series to watch for every Indian!!! Someone beautifully said the fight for freedom may had not been difficult but its suvival is!!!
