I really wanted to enjoy this movie, but left the theater before the halfway mark. Almost nothing happens in the duration I watched. I have confidence had I stayed I would have enjoyed the climax, but it took entirely too long to build up any kind of momentum. Rather, the movie shoots itself in the foot every time some momentum picks up. Had I known this movie was 3 hours long before I googled its runtime and reviews while watching around 40 minutes in, I would not have gone to see this.
