Forgot to mention a kid gets sexually assaulted but no one seems to care. I mean why was that even added to the story? It did nothing. The writers seemed to do it to be gross, weird, and creepy.

I really like this show. I've watched it four times already waiting for season 2. I even watch the original to satisfy my hunger more Roswell content. And honestly it just made me miss this show so much more. I appreciate all the changes they made so much more. Like I was mad about the lack of a Rosa character. I love how they use science in this show. Also appreciate the fact that Liz got to do what she wanted to do. Sis is a biomedical engineer and her skills are super relevant to the plot. Also love how Micheal is also a genius, and I hope season two let's them be smart together. Their combined brainpower would be insane. Also the lack of latinos and cowboy/vaquero culture in the original is absolute trash. Thank god the reimagining was like "that's stupid and we're doing cowboys and aliens." Finally I appreciate aging the series up. I like that everybody is adult and they all behave like one. I appreciate it so much. I know some people don't like the show because of the original, but I feel like y'all need to give that a rewatch. Like Max had a whole baby with someone else at age 16/17. The unnecessary time travel plot to make that happen. It reminds me of something that happened on Once Upon a Time. Like the writers take things a step too far and wonder why all the flavor is gone. Anyway I feel like tv writing is so much stronger now. So I feel like this show won't kill everything that made the first season so good. Based on what I've seen from the writers on the show they very much understand what makes the show work and will lean into it when moving the story forward. Long story short I'm in hell waiting for season 2 please send help.

What on god's planet just happen? In one episode they turned Ling into a complete psycho. He's nuts. I don't understand what even brought this whole situation on. Like was it for his grandma like he said or is he a psycho stalker that completely deluded himself. I just can't get over this right now. This is a hot mess. And the plan is for them to end up together? The person that wrote this needs to seek therapy. If that happened to me, I'm calling the police and pressing charges. This is literally worse than what that chick did to him and he wants to be made about it. Lord. I'm in shock.
