“The Flash” Review (Spoiler Free) ⚡️🦇
Let’s have a chat, I’m a huge supporter & Zack Snyder Stan. It’s been a little while since we’ve seen Andy Muschietti return to the screen directing and he returns with his first DC film “The Flash.”
I was lucky enough to have a chance to see this one a couple of weeks back & let me tell you first & foremost that it’s beyond what I had expected. 👀
I’m so glad we got to see Ben Affleck back as I feel he is easily a a candidate for best Batman of all time. Whilst I should reiterate he is also the most comic book accurate version of the Character on screen thus far.
Seeing Michael Keaton dawn the cowl once again of the original live action Batman 1989 once again was definitely nostalgic & wild. Which I didn’t think it would be considering how silly the trailers made him look. 🦇
Seeing Two Batman’s on screen was just a dream come true, worth the price of admission alone if you’re just going into the film for the caped crusader like I was. 🦇🦇
Although, Ezra Miller has been involved in not so nice things as of recent. Taking the antics away from miller’s personal life, I definitely respected seeing Ezra play as Barry Allen once again post Snyders DC films. ‼️
The action sequences in “The Flash” are very riveting, dramatic & simply outstanding by Muschietti. Andy Incorporated many new techniques that not many DC films before it had brought to the table. Easily some of the best yet in a comic book film to date.
Loved the original musical score by Benjamin Wallfisch. It’s as if it’s as heroic as it needs to be, whilst having & creating energy & dynamic waves that could only be used whilst characters are in battle. 🎶
There’s many other things I’d love to discuss now but I respect my DC friends on here too much to discuss anything just yet. So let’s save that for later! I’m excited to talk about this film for years to come. ⚡️
“The Flash” is essentially a warped journey that manages to balance certain cliche’s in the comic book film genre, whilst adding some new & improved CGI Action & style. It’s easily the most entertaining DC film that I’ve seen so far.
Stay for the post credits 🤩
