Great exploitation movie, and its sequel (Darlin') is even better.

I remember at the time it came out, I felt (like many others) it was a Heathers ripoff. Nevertheless, I kinda love it. Design and wardrobe is pure eye candy, and Courtney (McGowan) was a hilarious arch-Mean Girl. Much of it doesn't make sense, but that's not important. The fable/fairy tale aspect was the point.

GREAT 'found footage' movie with a superb cast. It starts off quaintly but quickly ups the horror-action ante. Not typical of a possession movie, which I really appreciated. My only regret is that it took me until 2021 to see this.

Better than I expected, but a little too much like Ruin Me. The entire mindfck concept in both is great.

This show made me conclude Tony Goldwyn is probably a vampire, looking as good as he does at his age.

FINALLY another witch movie that's not centered on a teenage girl! Deliciously morbid and comical movie.

This is basically a low-fi/indie Beetlejuice with a bittersweet romantic twist. Despite being a person who mostly hates romantic movies, I loved this one. Maybe it was the protagonist's charm.

This is another instance of a King film adaptation being better than the actual book. Abra's not such a damn Mary Sue in the movie.

This was a hilarious black comedy along the lines of Super Hot and no doubt many others from the last decade. The "satanists" are comical parodies, more like what hardline Catholics would be like if they swapped out Jesus and Mary for Satan than any actual organized satanic congregation. The movie's climax shows the protagonist and his love interest PROPERLY out-sataning the cult, which was probably the most amusing part of the movie, even more so than the failed attempt at gay sex. Recommended for anyone into indie teen adventure type movies.
