The hero’s journey told from the point of view of the creature in the woods. Character development a+. Pathos a+. A must see for boys grappling with the meaning of their own existence, and adults wrestling with regret, and searching for inner calm. A profoundly moving film. Not about about a pig, other than metaphorically.
