DOWNSIDES TO BL3:
Borderlands 3 will never be like 2. The game is forgettable and the villains are utter garbage. I'm probably going to return it soon because of how little fun I had playing it. I don't recommend buying it.
UPSIDES TO BL3:
The vault hunters are amazing along with all the new guns. Skins are beautiful and sometimes questionable but it's great in those ways. The weapon skin feature is pretty cool but you have to either farm bosses or get them the natural way. 2.5 stars.
