The game itslef is amazing, I'ven been playing it for over 16 years. But as someone that has been playing games for over 25 years I can say that this game has by far the worst costumer support I've ever seen in my whole life. If you have a problem, expect the same apology (the same one i've been receiving for over SIXTEEN years), no compensation and a HUGE headache.
Also a tip: if you have a problem with a false ban, go straight to Battleye as Cipsoft will literally answer you with copy paste answers and then IGNORE you.
