When David came across the 'lead poisoning toys', I had an idea of what the plot twist would be without thinking twice. Because of that, I didn't enjoy the plot twist Because it was predictable midway reading. John Grisham spent so much time explaining on the frivolous trial case which we all knew it's fate. I got bored but came to enjoy my reading when David was cross examining Dr. Ulander seeing him shine in front of the jury for the first time😅. overall, I enjoyed the book because of its humor and I'm glad David tagged team with Rochelle in the end and got the office dog. 3stars are for the humor, mass tort, pharmaceutical & corporate behaviors I've learnt. Not unusual of John Grisham to pick a little knowledge from his fictional writing. 🌟 🌟 🌟
