Bought a crossbow to turkey hunt. After one shot the string unraveled causing me to feel unsafe. Then, I sent it in to get a refund, fixed, or even an upgrade. They sent it back with an audit sheet saying it’s broken. Like, I know that my crossbow is broken. They don’t answer my emails, and their voicemail is full. I would highly suggest another company with higher quality product and service. I hate to give bad reviews, but everyone should expect to purchase a good product with their hard earned money. Sorry, I tried to hold my patience, but I’m not one for throwing money away in this economy?
