If you want to watch a movie about Moses it ain’t this piece of trash! This movie was intended to tell the story of Moses but instead made a mockery of what I felt was a scared director to scared to take from the Bible the truth of what really happened. It feels more like he didnt want to offend anyone or type of group. He mentions nothing about the burning bush, just a small tree on fire, and God comes in the form of an angry child set on revenge! He totally missed the true believers of the Bible when making this piece of garbage! It has all the material of the Hollywood Leftists who’s been trying to quash Christianity out of Hollywood! The acting isn’t horrible but I just don’t feel Christian Bale (Batman) in this role, he doesn’t make me feel like a believer and he falls short. Now, if you want to watch a story about Moses then by all means watch The Ten Commandments with Charlton Heston. The movie sticks pretty close to the Bible and Heston’s performance is spot on! I’m a big fan of Ridley Scott and love his movies but I just can’t get behind this one. If Scott would have stuck to the Bible he would have had a massive hit around the world, but instead he listened to a group of people in Hollywood who don’t want to tell the true story of Moses and it just got lost in the wind!
