Rue Mara

Really long stretches of VO, tons of misogyny, good fight scenes. I mean, this isn't going to win an Oscar but it's an interesting romp. Can't say I cared about any of the characters besides Beth, but I didn't watch this because I wanted The Notebook.

This was hilarious and better than any fan of mega monster movies has gotten in a long time. Tongue in cheek, but done with love.

I adore this movie so much. Everyone can relate to Juana's struggles to not just survive, but thrive and to give her daughter a stable life. Her passion for something as unusual as sushi and drive to succeed make her a character you can't help but cheer on. I've told everyone I know who loves movies to watch it, so I'm telling you. Pour yourself a nice drink, fix a plate of comfort food. Turn off the phone for a bit and curl up with good friends, loved ones, a cozy blanket. Watch it. It'll soothe your soul.

One of the best sitcoms. I used to watch this as a kid and it's still solid.

It's ok. Cute animals, easy to follow storyline. Good for family night viewing. Is it gonna rock your world? Maybe if you're 8. Is it bad? No. Just a decent movie with cute characters and moderate fun.

Such a perfect sci/fi thriller show. Or is it? And therein is the draw. You don't know if anything anyone is saying is true. You don't know if The Man In The Booth is a devil or an angel. All you know is you're drawn to watch the Man In The Booth and all of his visitors, in a little booth, in a tiny diner. You never move from the location, it's nothing but dialogue and performances but what fantastic performances they are!

It tries so hard and you definitely can root for Tom Holland but, boy does it miss the witty mark it's trying to hit.

So much fun & Gao Weiguang & Ma Yili have fantastic chemistry. BUT DUB IT PLEASE! It's hard to find time to sit & watch things, so I rely on audio. This is a series I'd love to binge but darn it, I can't. Well worth your time for the performances, the writing and that old fashioned charming mystery series we all enjoy.

I love this movie. I love the feel, the cinematography, the actors, the plot and being able to watch this in Comanche to really feel immersed in the world. Essentially, this movie is a real, honest throwback to the original Predator. A troop of honed fighters going about their regular business becomes the target of an intergalactic hunting alien. Hilarity (body parts) ensues. It's an iconic - if a little cheesy in spaces on the rewatch - film that really birthed a genre. Prey is the same, with even less tech on the side of our heroes. Both films are about true hunting. Instinct, preparation, knowledge of the land and using everything to take down something that could crush you like a bug. The story is in how our key heroes do it. Naru is iconic and I predict a lot of Halloween costumes that honor her - apologies in advance. Couldn't recommend this film more highly. Watch them back to back. Also, this film gives justice for Billy in Predator, so FINALLY.
