Christina Russell

This movie is an unusual one especially for Ryan Reynolds. His performance is wonderful and very believable. I know people that live with mental illness and he just perfected his role in this movie. Overall the story line is dark and unique. If you don't like horror movies I would recommend you not watch this movie. It's not overly gory but it's there. The actors that voice the cat and dog couldn't have been picked better they are hysterical. I thoroughly enjoyed this movie but I reiterate if you don't have an unusual taste in movies you won't enjoy this one. It's kinda on a Donnie Darko level with a lil more humor.

If you like dark with sick mixed in this is your movie. The story is chilling and captivating. You want to turn it off but your drawn into the story and have to know how it ends. Personally I will never watch this again. It messed with me for a month after I watched it and still to this day there are things about this movie that bother me.

Overall this is a good movie. The acting is very believable. You feel like your there with them. The story is thorough, thought provoking, chilling and haunting. I love scary movies but this one haunted me. I'm not sure I can ever watch it again personally. But well worth the watch. You won't be disappointed.
