Space Vikings, Religion, everyone is a peasant, the Not-the-Empire baddies, low budget scenery and the shredded bad draft of the 7 Samurai/Magnificent 7 is what Netflix paid $166million to Zack Snyder. Skip this trash unless you have nothing to do besides drive nails thru your head

It's formulaic, stupid, predictable and a waste of some good actors. I'd compare Spenser Confidential to Stallone's Cobra or Schwarzenegger's Commando, except both those had some acting in them. Netflix has had a couple of misses in the past two months, count this among them.
