Started playing the Free Trial about 10 days ago a few hours every day after work and it got me pretty hooked so when I hit lvl 60 I decided to hit " Get full version " button in the launcher and subscribe / buy the expansion to play a bit more . But little I knew that after paying for the " Starter Edition " ( 10or 13 £ ) it won't be enough to carry on playing . After trying to dig for information on what else I needed and getting in touch with the joke they call Customer service ( tried on 2 of their sites, by email, on a Online chat but it was NA servers ...., ingame) , I decided after 3 days of getting pushed from one site to another and never ending emails it's better to call it a loss and donate they money I paid for nothing and stop playing altogether. Hope they will make the subscription slightly more straightforward in the future and maybe have some actual help through Customer Service that will be able to sort out something as Trivial as Creating New Accound and subscribing . 9/10 at taking the money 1/10 at delivering anything for it 1/10 Customer service Shame I kind of enjoyed the game ( only reason I gave it 2 stars ) but it's too damn frustrating trying to get anywhere with them .
