What a watchable, powerful film this is -shows how stressful working in a restaurant is- - we should never, ever, take chefs and kitchen staff for granted - all the actors were plausible and gave great performances. And in one take! If I had one observation I would say the lighting was a bit on the dark side but then it was set in a restaurant during the evening
