This is my favorite movie of all time it’s so well done and the actors execute so well. The songs are perhaps some of the most well written songs ever. It’s really true magic! It’s such a classic and the many layers of stories is what makes for a feel good lovable movie that could be put on repeat and I’d never get tired of it. Not only is it a musical, but it’s also a love story, a coming of age story, a war story, a comedy, a drama, it has everything. The sound of music is truly a masterpiece that can bring joy to anyone any day!

Not the best which is sad because Julie Andrews is so incredible, however it is worth watching for the music the opening scene of Andrews singing is AMAZING.

Mary Poppins is one of the most enjoyable movies I’ve ever seen and is my favorite Disney movie EVER!!!! (the only movie that I love as much as Mary Poppins is the Sound of Music, also a Julie movie!) , it can be entertaining for all audiences. The music is brilliant, the story funny, heartwarming, whimsical, and touching, and julie Andrews stuns as the magical nanny! Dick Van Dyke can make you smile any day, and David Tomlinson’s expressive acting really enhances Mr. Banks’s character, and the rest of the supporting cast is just as wonderful. It’s a well rounded story and a musical gem, it’s a classic for a reason, in other words it’s “practically perfect in every way”
