This is the worst airline I've ever used, the counter attendants are very stupid, they make each passenger measure the personal item inside the meter, I saw people with small backpacks having to pay for their backpack just because it didn't fit inside the meter, $71 that's ridiculous!!! no airline company does that. I will never travel with this company again, I'd rather pay more for my ticket with another company than travel with this one.
