I just watched Season 1 on Netflix. The fast paced get to know a stranger you just married concept is really cool. I’m wondering if after watching Season 1 if the producers & creators of this show learned that a major red flag is thrown up when a man/person doesn’t have his parents at his/her own wedding. That’s an OBVIOUS huge red flag! How did your experts not catch onto that? Keith and Iris were so cute together. However...cute is for middle school! Not for grown sexy people. Iris has a major stunted sexuality. Idk if it was just because she’s immaturity or if it’s more?? You see a lot of that behavior in women with sexual abuse issues. She’s sexually like a 12-year old. Not wanting her husband to touch her breasts is unnatural. She was so immature, awkward, weird! She should have found ways to try and open up more. I’m not saying throw yourself at Kieth, but hey there’s a fine balance! When she was that empty box of condoms that should have been a wake-up call. That Kieth was a highly sexual being. Being sexually active at 27 is NORMAL!! Hello? I think Iris needs something to help improve her libido..TBH! Mat is the ultimate douche bag. He’s so NOT marriage material! Just a stereotypical self absorbed baller. Amber has a lot lot of work to do on herself. She needs to learn how to respect herself and not allow a man to walk all over her like that. Stop being so CLINGY!! Clingy is VERY unattractive. Also Amber needs to learn how to NOT give her man such a big head..complimenting him so often. Mat is good looking, but he’s not THAT good looking. I actually feel sorry for Mat because I feel like he’s never going to be able to sustain any kind of long term relationship. He’s got issues with self confidence, in spite of all the attention he gets from women. It looks to stem from self worth and his parents broken marriage. Elizabeth & Jaime remind me of an old married couple with a lots of layers of bitterness & they don’t understand each other’s personalities. Jaime a Nymphomaniac? No Elizabeth, he’s a NORMAL honeymooner! That’s why UTI’s are known as the honeymooners disease. Lol! It’s perfectly normal to have sex many many times..not just a week, but even per day when first married. Elizabeth is most certainly bipolar! She needs meds. and Jaime needs to be slower to speak. His words are hurtful, throwing daggers tears relationships apart. I pray they can figure out how to maintain a relationship without all the epic dramatics..way, WAY before they ever consider adding children to the mix. I pity any child being brought into a dynamic like their marriage. I definitely feel Greg and Deonna will someday celebrate their Golden Anniversary! They fit perfectly together on all levels. However it’s quite concerning that she became ill just after their first sexual intimacy. Usually that’s a sign that the other party (Greg) is carrying an STI or STD. Does anyone get screened before they get married...?!? That would be priority number 1 if I had a show like this. Better to be safe than sorry. Ultimately, this show was entertaining and the beginnings are so romantic & precious. Real life is not easy. The first 2-years are the hardest..even for people that know each other. Let alone strangers!
