This type of movies are rare in the context of our country.I enjoyed whole part of movie .The acting was fabulous just seem like natural.It spread a lot of information about undeveloped county's medical situation .Yes ,it's real .The director have created it beautifully.Anyway I loved it and at the end my eyes were full of tears.Wonderful !
