Compared to Folklore this album was a significant let down - and a lot of times felt rushed and production didn’t feel nearly as good as Midnights. Lyrics and storytelling is normally pretty good as per usual. Some songs feel like they are still concept. I think Jack has hit a wall. I’m not that interested in the Lana Del Rey style either. 10 excellent songs would have been better than 25 mediocre.
