Unrealistic action, terrible script, stupid story. All the cast were basically not believable as people and every scene was filled with jarring elements due to the childish dialogue. The acting was bad, action scenes were stupid and the CGI was Discovery Channel documentary quality. A complete insult to the original movie.

Excellent film. Dark and brooding with a realistic merger of musical elements with drama. This was a brave film to produce, sadly it is probably lost on most people as it uses the music as a reflection of the character's minds rather than the usual musical dialogue/narrative as is in traditional musicals. Throughly enjoyed it.

Comedy horror that maintained the humor and style of the original. A very enjoyable movie. If you liked the original you will like the sequel; if you did not watch or like the original you will not like this.

I'm a huge Batman fan and I was following this for a year before it's release. The returning of one of the creators of Batman The Animated Series really seemed to be a guarantee of quality. It did seem unusual that Warner Brothers sold the series to Amazon, surely they should have confidence that this would be a smash hit? Unfortunately as I watched the first 4 episodes it became apparent that this was truly terrible. I only made it halfway through episode 5 and had to quit; this review is of the first 4 only; I could not finish them. I was really trying with this series but the show is simply boring and Batman is a shadow of his normal self as represented in comics, movies and other animations. In fact Batman seems to be useless in the show and serves more as a nuisance than anything else. Penguin being female was announced a few days before and it seemed strange but I went with it. It really doesn't make sense to flip an established character as there are so many great female villians in Batman's nealy 100 year long rogues gallery; it seems lazy and reeks of psydo-creativity. The animation is cheap and lazy; visually it has to be one of the poorest rendering of any Batman. How can an animation from 30 years ago look so superior? The original animated series looks fresh, dark and vibrant in comparison. It also has a congruency in its presentation that this series doesn't. The voice acting was boring and not dynamic. All the the actors were dull and trying to be monotone and broody but it was sleep inducing. The stories were boring and were not focused on Batman at all. It should have been called Gordan and Montoya with Batman. The DC writers have truly destroyed Harely Quinn over the years and I wasn't surprised at how poor this rendering was. Other than the graphic novel Harleen by Stjephan Sejic she has been rewritten into a completely different character move than any other. Why can't she be the unhinged psychologist that the joker manipulated into a dangerous criminal? If they dislike the character so much just make a new one (punchline from the recent comics for example) or just use a character from the large catalogue of villians that have never been used. A simply disappointing, boring and over hyped series that time will not be kind to.

A good Aliens movie. A little bit unrealistic how a group of teenagers have the ability to do so much; it would have been more believable to have a wider spectrum of age range especially with complex tasks involving spaceship flight etc. The original Alien had a good mix of ages in the cast and it was more believable. The CGI was mostly good put very poor on Ash's revisited character; in fact it was staggeringly bad. Overall good and enjoyable and better than a lot of the recent Alien films, it went back to basics in a lot of way. As a huge fan of the first two movies I was relatively pleased and found it a good watch, despite some cringe moments with lines from the original movies.
