Among the people who had posted reviews till now , none wrote about the performance of the film's hero i.e. Pradeep Kumar sahab . The film was a suspense thriller & his serious expressions helped to modify the suspense mood right upto the end of the film . He suited the best in such types of roles & in the roles of kings & princes definitely , for which he was quite well known . & we should not forget the unforgettable lyrics of a great lyricist Asad Bhopali sahab & of course the beauty in the music of Ravi Shankar Sharma sahab . Performances of Sheikh Mukhtar sahab , gorgeous Shakila'ji , Helen'ji & the comic timings of Johnny Walker sahab are really too good . Of course , the performance of Ashok Kumar sahab , that too for a change , in a negative role was simply awesome . Even Pradeep Kumar sahab used to watch a lot of films of Dadamuni & that's why , he could also play such serious , frank roles like Dadamuni . Overall , a must watch film . Songs of singers Mohammed Rafi sahab , Manna Dey sahab & Asha Bhosle'ji are praiseworthy especially Mohammed Rafi sahab . Brijmohan Sadanah sahab's direction was too good .

One of the best films of Tragedy King Dilip Kumar sahab's career . I don't feel anything that makes this film a flop one . Besides , his performance with Tragedy Queen Meena Kumari'ji was really so natural . I am a die-hard fan of Dilip Kumar sahab & Meena Kumari'ji . Excellent music by Mohammed Zahur Khayyam Hashmi sahab and heart-touching lyrics by Ali Sardar Jafri sahab & Majrooh Sultanpuri sahab . Sharp , strong lyrics and perfect direction of Zia Sarhadi sahab makes this film a truly memorable film of the Golden era of Bollywood . Talat Mahmood sahab & Asha Bhosle'ji equally sung beautifully the songs . Background music of Timir Baran Bhattacharya sahab is also needed to be noticed . Thus , for every fan of Dilip Kumar sahab , I believe this is a must-watch movie .
