Great book, it’s a slow burn that’s interesting but then the burn isn’t a burn and the twist is just meh, or should i say “mehg.” The entire book you feel like the author is gaslighting you because the editing is so terrible. There are so many painfully obvious inconsistencies and spelling errors that lack an editor. Did really no one read the full book before publishing it? It’s not that many problems but enough is enough. We hear about the main character in hysteria the entire book, with clues and hints to it being something super interesting. But no, we just had to listen to this pregnant woman talk about the same pain for 350 pages. It was just over redundant and repetitive. It lacks the creativity and depth that comes with writing a 400 page book. Overall it was an okay read for me.
