Slow paced, low action based around a poorly constructed MacGuffin. Kids will lose interest quickly , adults a few drawn out minutes after.
Steve brings a few quick laughs but the film unfortunately turn into a show of why the Americans think they are great in the 80s.
Could of been so much better.
