Katie is absolutely amazing. Knowing that I was going to have chemo and would lose my hair, I was adamant that I would not wear a wig however, was talked into going for a consultation. I sent Katie photos of my hair, and when we met she had matched colours and styles which were similar to what I had asked for. I really couldn’t have asked for such great customer service and by the time my consultation was over, my mind had been changed completely, and I felt confident and comfortable wearing it. I have now ordered a wig from Katie and will definitely be happy to wear it. Absolutely wonderful service, and Katie is a gem.
