Being a constitutionalist I am all for freedom of the press. I disagree that Austin had a pro-active duty to protect the darkened out truck. He even acted to extract the driver when he did not have a duty to, so I respect him for that. I do have a BIG problem with the extreme speed (Scott at one point jokes about 100 mph and he appears to be the most dangerous) and aggressive manner in which they drive. They do not have the equipment, training or legal authority to violate the aggressive/reckless driving laws. They are posing a danger to the public when they drive in such an aggressive manner and the constitution doesn’t allow the press to do that.
