I just discovered this show a few weeks ago. I liked the musical bit and it's a bit quirky although I felt maybe I wasn't getting some of the stuff aimed at current 20-somethings. As an engineer I was struggling with how those musical bits fit into the time/space, but appreciated the the 2nd or 3rd episode where Zoey and Mo express the recommendation to stop trying to figure it out and just go with it. Zoey also seemed a bit overly pushy about helping people, but it's always been fun. The last few episodes I've seen(I'm a little behind at the moment) have been awesome-- really fun and heart warming. I loved the intro of a recent episode with a fun song when all of a sudden a piano drops out of the sky on her head. And then Zoey's Extraordinary Glitch was really crazy fun and touching. I feel like the writing is blooming well and am excited to see what's next. Now, my expectations are high, I hope the show can keep it up.
