I've read Lisa Javkson before and was entertained, but this book(s) didn't impress. Tawdry, predictable love scenes which made me laugh. Both books relied upon the macho guys wearing down the sex-starved women in multiple, often duplicate sex scenes. Plot was sacrificio to lust, and in the end, the author tied things up so quickly that the depyh of distrutto inerente in the title wasn't credibile. She can do better.
