For newer viewers Chief Williams used to be a private investigator and all of his cases were solved by the Cricket Christine Blair now she is known as *Former D A Christine Blair Williams" Now Chief Williams gets every case wrong, comes down hard on every wrongly accused arrested person, and to me Doug Davidson should receive an award for portraying such a clueless character. Beyond that the show has new writers that believe every viewer is mindless and will believe their very lame story line. We have been fans since Brad Elliot came to town in 1973. The Brooks sisters, Lance and Lucas Prentiss, I remember when this show was looked forward to but lately it is oh well we missed a couple episodes but who cares since the writers are now bringing back everyone that died on the show.... Hold your breath, Chloe, Adam, J.T. soon Victor and wait for it..Katherine Chancellor will rise from the ashes and tell all she went into hiding from the mob which is now being controlled by Don Vito "Chance" Corle --- never mind. Take two aspirins, have a warm tea and get prepared for the future of comedy drama as the Y & R writers will possibly have Mayor Richard J. Daley in an episode, along with Nitty and Capone I only suggest these Chicago names because they too are deceased. Long disturbing winter ahead for Genoa City's grave yard cast....... We have watched every season, but 2 of the last few seasons have left a bitter taste of the show. Without fail when the loud mouth obnoxious contestant is on the verge of elimination Big Brother yields a competition that is always time decided. Ever notice how that obnoxious ratings maker always wins the time competitions? Have you ever wondered why CBS hides the clock so only they know who the honest winner of the competition is? Just for kicks and giggles CBS how about showing that proverbial fast pegging clock so we the audience get to see the honest winner. Reality shows are getting to be more about ratings and abandoning reality. Your last two heroes of this award are a pan banging wanna B nut case and a cast member that should get a trophy for the world's greatest liar. I wonder how happy his Sainted mother is?
