I just finished watching Breathe: Into The Shadows and although prior to watching it I happened upon several articles bashing this series, I decided against that and went forth to watching it. I must say that the series has its ups and downs and with my expectations already lowered thanks to article's and other online reviews, I must admit that I found myself pleased to have enjoyed binging it to the end. The performance from the lead cast and the supporting cast was truly enjoyable and props to Amit Sadh and Abhishek Bachchan for their performances respectively. I'm uncertain about Indian audiences being hooked to this show just because in the past couple of years, popular web series have given us stories that were gripping and suspenseful to the very end and that's not the case here. The so called 'Suspense' to this story is outed mid series but it isn't wasted away because it is followed by an interesting character study/development arc that helps you understand the antagonist's purpose and agenda. The writing and pacing could have been improved but all in all its an entertaining watch. I hope any of you looking forward to watching this series find this review helpful.
