Margaret for me comes across as a unsympathetic, a mono tone that lets in no empathetic inflection of her voice. She has an auto timbre with regard to her voice. She could start to change this by using the interviewee name with a quick smile. This would not hurt the authoritarian perception she try’s to to put forth in the interview. She very knowledgeable in her realm of subjects, she doesn’t need to display that in her personality.
