Behind Red Lips is nourishing reading. Stylistically it is brimming with personality and has all the hallmarks of great fiction in that you get to know and care about the characters who are relatable but devoid of cliche. I found it inspiring to read when I did (around Christmas) as the spiritual themes have motivated me to better myself and to aid healing and appreciate those around me. It was also thought provoking and romantic. I hardly put it down and I’m more of a non fiction/memoir reader. I recommend this to everyone who believes in love and could use some heart kindling ie everyone. *****
