I've so far watched the first season. However, my opinion is strongly felt. This is a spectacular show, a triumph. The acting, dialog, photography are superior to most shows, is of award-worthy cinema quality.
The casting for Akkiz and Butag, the central characters, are brilliant. They are riveting, compeling, interesting, exciting, immersive. I care very much about their personal challenges and the evolution of their relationship. My heart aches for them to finally be together like they so want and need to be.
My only wish for improvement is that the reveals about backstories that shaped the current thinking and behavior of central characters are drawn out a little too much and fragmented with incremental flashbacks (maybe also some views of future moments?) that are mostly momentarily confusing about where on the timeline when and where they occur. It can be a little frustrating waiting to finally find out what's going on with a character at some point on the timeline. This happens often enough regarding shifting loyalties between characters. For example, why does a character go from being loyal to a scheming enemy. It requires a bit more patience than I prefer to find out.
I am always hungering for Akkiz to kick more butt ;), and for Butag to learn a new piece of information, how his face reacts to what is said and happening around him, and what he does because of what he learns despite or using his physical challenges.
It is satisfying to see into the minds, hearts and souls (or lack of them) in the characters. This is often not as well done, if at all, on most other series.
Overall,I feel a bit sorry for non-Turkisih people who have no idea to watch thjs series.
