The critics reviews almost put me off watching this at all but I'm really glad I did. It was beautifully shot and very moving, great performances from the cast. One of my favourite films of the last year. Some of the critic reviews commented that it was "confusing" as it has racism, mental health and romance all the one movie - heaven forbid! That's life; you don't just encounter one all encompassing situation at a time. I think you'd have to be a simpleton to be actually confused by it. I spoke with friends about the movie (who watched it separately) and they echoed my sentiments about the film and the critics reviews. We all really really enjoyed it. It stays with you for a good while afterwards. I might even go watch it again.
