I just finished Season 1. I enjoyed the first half as the hired assasin’s skill and personality were being developed. The show fell apart around episode four when it became unbelievable that Eve could be the foil. I don’t care how many twists the author installs after four it is too late. The last episode with die don’t die is comical and not in a good way. I’m done with Killing Eve.

Williams wrote this tragedy for four actors. This production has five with the narration going to a fifth actor. Terrible idea. Tom the main character is needed at the end to cement the plot. Laura is wonderful with her childlike qualities. Amy Adams who plays Amanda is disappointing in Act 1 with limited vocal variety because she is stuck with an accent that refuses to let her act. Amy improves in Act 2. Sadly using a black man as The Gentleman Caller will never work with the racial lines Amanda delivers.
The director and his poorly conceived set should have never been allowed to touch Tennessee’s masterpiece.

Episode two simplistic dialogue with contrived teen romance and a mother who is overprotective. Ad a dead sister who screams at Dexter constantly and we have a series that should have never been made.

There are times in life when you view perfection. Shtisel has a plot that sings with delight. Netflix has finally achieved rewards. Please do not share the end of season three for others to enjoy.
Because the txt moves so quickly I would suggest a remote to pause.

This movie is completely unbelievable. Rosamund Pike’s character goes into a world that we have had no foreshadowing for. Started out good ended laughing at the implausible actions of two women.
