I had to cancel my ticket because of car trouble
I was charged a cancellation fee
This was my first time experience and I was very disappointed that I couldn’t change my departure state when you still want the trip but A different day
I was not expecting to have car trouble
Just like they do not expect for a bus to break down or get Delayed
I think this is very unprofessional to be holding people accountable
Now I am out of 74$ and still want my trip, but got to pay for another ticket
I feel like this is not Fair…
Greyhound is very Unprofessional or should I say Flex Bus
Customer Service very rude…
I may continue to use Greyhound, not if I have to pay a cancellation fee, but if I do Continue to Use Greyhound I will write a bad review everytime bus is late or Delayed.. until there is a better system, because this is High Way Robbery
Just taking people money… it is Sad and the Owner or Corporate need to be ashamed just straight Greed!! In Albany Georgia we do not even have a bus station, they pick up and drop off at a Ghetto Store that close at 11.
