I have never seen the theatrical production, so I was excited to be able to see it in film form. I really enjoyed the film! It was fun to recognize some of the cats and I enjoyed the story line. The costumes were beautiful and i loved the way the ears and tails moved, they seemed so realistic! I would like to have an opportunity to see a theatrical production, now that I have seen the film, for comparison. If you do not enjoy musicals you will not enjoy the film.
