absolutely love the series, so real and as I remember Paris in 1950's!! Acting is superb, so natural and just the way I remember the French drinking! No-one took any 'stick' from the french ordinary policemen ( Les Flic I seem to remember) I was caught up in the Paris student riots with Tear gas and batons and all very exciting and the days of the Bastille rioting all over again.
