I feel like I'm at the correct age to read Shakespeare especially Hamlet, Hamlet feels like a play that is written by dozens of writers and it made it seems so unrealistic and so hard to watch; it was an ick watching it and cringey to a very high level. the amount of drama that is in it is unbelievable. T.S Eliot had a very interesting opinion of Hamlet. As he said, Hamlet was an artistic failure, which i agree on. The characters felt like a main character, all of them had a real story and made it seem it was all about them in the play. The conflict in Hamlet could have been solved easily but the drama and the exaggeration made it more complicated. Gertrude was my absolute least favourite character, she had no brain in her head, she made everything hard and negative that she provided a totally different emotion. What a HORRIBLE TOXIC MOTHER!
