Dr. Boateng

Just finished watching this and this is really good TV. It’s stupid but hilarious, covers the tough stuff with creativity and humor. The characters are 👌🏾. I’m really surprised but I really liked it.

Confused about the people (seemingly conservatives) attacking the series for being “woke”. I found it far from that. But also, was not thinking about any of that while watching. My critiques are that it was kinda boring and drawn out. And I really didn’t like any of the characters. Except maybe Noah. And Kacy-because, Laverne Cox always🤩 They all seemed over the top and insistent on making dumb decisions. With not much else to watch I made it through the series but it was annoyed and on my phone much of the time. But, I recently binged all of Ozark and think Julia Garner’s range as an actress is quite good.
