My husband and I along with our kids has played GTA for many years. We have spent a lot of money on this game for our family. Long story short we switched from play station to PC, I had just a weeks vacation time I had to use and told him why not stay home this week and build our characters up. We spent Four days grinding this game and building our characters. Out of the blue they banned and wiped my husband’s account and reset his character with no explanation. He put in two tickets adding and a phone message. All he got was auto reply’s. And no we’re not hackers or what ever people do to cheat the game. We paid for shark cards and the games. If he done something wrong they should have at least said what. Because it makes us leery to play again. The games are deleted and we will never spend another dime on rockstar games.
