Excellent and accurate retelling of the final days of Hitler.

I love Woody Allen movies, especially the romantic comedies such as this one. The writing, acting and photography are marvelous. He makes you laugh and marvel at the ways love hits us humans. Well worth the viewing.

It’s true that opposites attract but it ales a loving commitment to go the distance. One person cannot to it alone. The initiator of the breakup reared sees the gar reaching effects of such a decision, but yet that individual must donor to preserve his sanity. Children are always the innocent victims but in this story they are adults which give them more ability to maintain their ability to function. The justification for the action, “once there were three lonely people, now there is only one” seems callous and degrades the damage done. The ending of three middle class people walking to the cliffs, separated by 30 feet and led by the son and followed by the mother and finally the father, is a powerful image. A well acted real life story set in a picturesque seaside village.
