Maybe it’s just me, but the author’s stream of consciousness writing, meandering and confusing, lost me within 20 pages. I kept hoping it would get better, or shift to a better style later on, but no luck. I only “rented” this book, but if I were to buy it instead I would certainly find a sample and read through it before investing the time and money. Disappointing, because I was hoping I’d like this book.
