Honestly and wholeheartedly, this is just awful and not in a so bad it’s good type movie. To be slightly fair there were a couple of bits that make you chuckle but this should only be viewed if you want it to coincide with a drinking game. So I vote with the critics, this homage to 80s buddy cop movies is just a “cop out”. Avoid this movie or create a new drinking game to coincide with this misfire.

Being a Godfather fanatic I was ready to dislike any show that would sully the reputation of this classic. But this is a finely made and well casted series. I have not researched yet how real this show is but I will. Just like the making of Apocalypse Now, the back story is almost as interesting as the movie itself. Kudos to everyone involved as this is a great watch for fans and even casual fans of The Godfather.
