I wished I would like it. I like time period shows. I like clean shows. I like a good mystery. But scarlet has no redeeming qualities. She is unlikable and self serving. She plays coy and agreeable when she wants something and it is annoying how Duke falls for it every time. They could have made her with ambition and a love for solving mysteries but softened her with a quirkiness and at least a care for others. Have you ever watched the French show Candice renoir? She has drive and ambition but is a quirky woman. It makes the show easier to watch. I was surprised this show has 5 seasons… I can’t get through the one because of Scarlet’s character.
