This special was to hold us over because of the production hell they put the third film in by firing the director over "insensitive" comments made more than 10 years beforehand. He goes over to DC, makes another great movie and the heat died down. Pretty hilarious how they essentially mumbled "Oh, ah... yeah he made some mistakes. He's sorry. We'll let him make movies for us again." For a company that's so disgustingly woke, they love to make exceptions when it suits them. The special was trash.

Keep making woke media and keep blaming "review bombing" for it not making good entertainment.

Yet another movie with wasted screen time pushing the liberal agenda. Literally the only thing connecting the "black" story arc was intentional not historical. Another iteration of blatant exploitation of blacks by those of European descent. That screen time could have been better spent exploring a younger Sal or Nicky Sr. I'd be generous and give it two stars, but this wasn't a Sopranos prequel. It was a culmination of wasted acting talent and polital correctness/agenda gone haywire. I know that poor man is rolling in his grave and his son deserved a better story. A better script and more development on screen.
