Simmba is a Blockbuster. The second half could have been a bit better but it was good. The first half was throughly entertaining. Ranveer Singh again shows how versatile he is as an actor. I also appreciate how Rohit Shetty has made a movie on a sensitive topic. The dialogues are well written. Loved the cameo played play Ajay Devgan. Loved the concept of a Singham Cinematic Universe created by Rohit Shetty. One of the best masala movies of 2018. Moral of the story: Never go by a movies' IMDB rating.

Dhadak fails to be as good as Sairat. Sairat was a great movie whereas Dhadhak turns out to be an average movie. Jhanvi's acting was fair and Ishaan's acting was slightly better. Where Dhadak failed to please the audience was in its replication of the scenes of the original as they were either cut short or not as funny or as captivating as the original one. Where Dhadak truly succeeds is towards the end wherein the same will leave your heart trembling. The title of the movie perfectly suits its ending. 2.5/5.
